Joseph D. Cooley III
 Joining the firm in 1986, Mr. Cooley has expertise in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, creditor's rights, banking and commercial transactions.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Gainesville-Northeastern Circuit Bar Association serving as president in 2004. Mr. Cooley is a member of Kiwanis, treasurer for the Gainesville Middle School PTA, and a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Mr. Cooley holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Georgia and a J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
